MARKET PLACE THEATRE & ARTS CENTRE, ARMAGH ACKNOWLEDGED FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE
The Market Place Theatre & Arts Centre in Armagh has been awarded the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) standard, a Cabinet Office approved award which recognises an organisation’s commitment to customer service.
The award follows on from the Theatre’s Commendation for Customer Service Excellence at this year’s Tourism NI Awards.
Jill McEneaney, Director Of The Market Place Theatre said: “Customer Focus is at the heart of everything we do here at the Theatre. Receiving this award is a great achievement and reinforces our commitment to providing the best service to our customers. I am delighted that this government approved standard demonstrates the seriousness with which we take that commitment. The Customer Service Excellence standard supports continuous improvement and we remain committed to identifying and developing opportunities to enhance how we deliver for our customers.”
Achieving the CSE standard involves a rigorous and detailed assessment of how an organisation delivers services for customers on five key themes - Customer Insight, Organisational Culture, Information and Access, Delivery, and Timeliness and Quality of Service.
Paul Hindley the G4S assessor who performed the assessment said: “It is a significant challenge to attain the standard in an organisation. It is clear that The Market Place Theatre is committed to delivering the best service possible to its customers.”
